These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by PRISM Productions (“PRISM”).
1. Services
PRISM provides creative services including film production, photography, creative direction, editing, and visual storytelling. The exact scope and deliverables of each project are agreed upon in writing before production begins.
2. Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, 50% is required upfront to confirm a project. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the final agreed work.
3. Revisions
Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the project agreement or quotation. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional costs.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations after a project has been confirmed may result in the deposit being retained. Any non-refundable costs already incurred by PRISM may also be charged.
5. Usage & Ownership
After full payment, the Client receives the agreed usage rights for the final deliverables. PRISM retains ownership of its raw footage, project files, and unused materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Portfolio
PRISM may use completed work for its portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Client Responsibility
The Client is responsible for providing accurate information, materials, permissions, and feedback needed to complete the project on time.
8. Liability
PRISM will carry out its services with reasonable professional care. To the extent permitted by law, PRISM is not liable for indirect losses or damages resulting from the use of its services.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
By booking a project with PRISM, the Client agrees to these Terms of Service.
